Does it work for phone calls, not just in-person visits?+
Yes. Call Copilot is built for phone conversations. For clean two-sided audio from Genesys, Teams or Zoom, your IT team connects the phone system to the Klikless receiver instead of relying on the laptop microphone.
What if the member has a strong accent or speaks another language?+
Choose the spoken language once and Klikless remembers it. Accented English is handled well, and 30+ languages are supported for the session transcript.
Do I have to use a template?+
No. Templates shape the sections of the finished note, but the picker starts empty and you can dictate without one.
Can I get the note into my EHR?+
Today you copy a clean, plain-text version into your system of record in one tap. Direct EHR write-back is on the enterprise roadmap.
Is my data used to train models?+
